Since items are selected randomly, duplicates may occasionally appear in a scoop. But sometimes duplicates can actually help you unlock Daisy Luck rewards, such as upgrades, bonus items, or premium surprises. Many of our customers enjoy seeing what lucky combinations they discover.
🌸 Wish Lists Are Welcome
You can leave your wish list in the order notes during checkout. Tell us your favorite colors, themes, or item types, and we’ll do our best when packing your scoop. While we can’t guarantee every item will match your wish list, we always try to make your scoop as close to your dream as possible.

After placing your order, our system will send a confirmation email automatically.
If you didn't receive it, please check the following:

📦 When will my package be shipped?
Shipping time depends on whether you purchased a packing video.
Without a packing video
Your order will usually ship within 5–12 days.
With a packing video
Your order will usually ship within about 1 week, as we prepare and film the packing process.
Every scoop is packed with care in our little daisy garden, so thank you for your patience.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Under normal customs clearance conditions, most packages arrive within 7–15 days after shipment.
Shipping may be faster for regions with convenient international routes, while remote areas may take a little longer.
Your scoop will be on its way as quickly as possible.
🔎 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.

🎥 Will my packing video be posted on TikTok?
If you purchased a packing video, it will usually be posted about 2 weeks to 1 month after your order.
Editing and preparing the videos takes a little time, so they are typically posted after your package has been shipped.

🎁 Can I order scoops as a gift?
Absolutely!!
Simply enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout.
You can also leave a gift note in the order notes, and we'll include it with your scoop!
📦 Can I return or exchange my mystery scoop?
Because each scoop is a mystery surprise and packed specially for you, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
🚚 What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen.
⏰ Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them.
After that, orders begin processing quickly and cannot be changed or cancelled.
📍 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if your order has not yet shipped.
We may be able to update the address.
Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
